Sumiao Hunan Kitchen – Yellow River Beef

“Yellow River Beef is our #1 seller and a must-try at Sumiao Hunan Kitchen. Yellow River is known as the mother river by all the Chinese people. This dish is named after the Yellow River because beef slices are served in yellow color broth which contains pickled cabbage and pickled chili pepper (pao jiao).”  – Chef & Owner, Sumiao Chen
