Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton is a James Beard award-winning chef in Portland, Oregon. She, alongside her husband and chef/partner, Greg Denton, owns Ox Restaurant, their Argentine-inspired wood fire concept in NE Portland, and Bistro Agnes, a classic Parisian-style bistro in downtown Portland.
