CHEF & OWNER SUCHANAN AKSORNNAN’S STORY
Chef Suchanan Aksornnan, also known as Chef Bao Bao, is a renowned chef born in Chiang Rai, Thailand. She graduated and trained at French Culinary Institute and L’ecole in NYC.
Chef Bao Bao gained valuable experience working at acclaimed restaurants such as Mercer Kitchen with Michelin star chef Jean Georges and Bar Boulud with Daniel Boulud. She has also worked as a celebrity personal chef and now owns Baoburg, a Southeast Asian restaurant. Chef Bao Bao has been recognized as a rising star in the culinary world, receiving accolades such as being named one of Zagat’s “30 Under 30” and being featured in various food publications. She has showcased her skills on popular TV shows like “Knife Fight” and “Beat Bobby Flay” and recently became a “Chopped Champion” on Food Network.
