“I would like to donate the proceeds from this recipe to No Kid Hungry. Talulla is a small family-run business, owned and operated by my husband and me – we named the restaurant after our daughter. Danielle Ayer holds many roles at Talulla, including overseeing front-of-house operations and curating the restaurant’s wine program. Before Talulla, Danielle worked at Menton as Captain directly under James Beard Award-winning Sommelier, Cat Silirie, and also at the opening team at Bronwyn in Somerville, where she grew into the role of General Manager and Beverage Director.
